AinaTest Diagnostics is a startup created around university-based research assets. We are a team on a mission to develop a minimally invasive diagnostic device that detects several breast cancer markers in liquid biopsy. Our technology uses synthetic DNA that are designed to exclusively bind, and therefore sense, specific target biomolecules. Our multiplex platform consists of eight biosensors that specifically target one type of breast cancer marker. These markers are stage-dependent, together with diagnostic (healthy vs. breast cancer), prognostic (early vs. advanced cancer), and predictive markers (providing information regarding the treatment). Therefore, together with the confirmation of breast cancer, identifying the above-listed subcategories of breast cancer also represents an upgrade in breast cancer diagnostics and, thus, subsequent care for cancer patients. Founded in 2024, AinaTest Diagnostics has a singular vision: to create a world with zero preventable deaths due to a lack of affordable and reliable breast cancer diagnostics.
