Firm Six is a Toronto-based building technology company developing a platform of factory-built, pre-engineered mechanical and electrical systems for multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs). Our core product, the Pre-Engineered Suite-Level MEP Module, consolidates every building service a residential suite requires into a single, factory-assembled unit: heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water generation, electrical distribution, energy metering, smart controls, safety systems, and utility connections. The module is delivered to site, wheeled into position, and connected in days rather than months.
