Marlann is building the orchestration platform for clinical work in long-term care - AI infrastructure that makes sure clinical work finishes reliably every time, across every role and every shift. Incomplete workflows create compliance exposure and coordination overhead costing each home ~$600K per year. Marlann automates the entire chain from event detection to verified completion. From the moment an event is detected, we generate every required task, assign it to the right role, track it across shifts, and make sure nothing falls through. Every existing system either depends on human initiation and execution of work, or is built for episodic workflows that have a clean start and end. Marlann is built from the ground up for autonomous execution of continuous workflows than span many days, roles, and handoffs. This is a $9B global market with no platform owner. We have our first enterprise contract signed, and a distribution channel in motion covering 350 homes. We’re raising $1.5M pre-seed to fund beta deployment and expand to 30 sites, across 2-3 independent operators, and $1M ARR.
