New School Foods makes whole-muscle seafood from plants. We were recently selected as a semi-finalist in the ongoing XPRIZE "Feed the Next Billion" competition, among 30 other leading alternative protein companies from across the world. We're funded by Protein Industries Canada & founder Chris Bryson (previously built & sold Unata to Instacart in 2018) and we have pioneered a patented food production technology through our partnership with Ryerson for creating whole cuts of meat.
