What do we do

NOAH Intelligence Inc. is a climatetech company focused on flood risk and climate resilience in the built environment. As extreme rainfall increases, cities, property owners, and financial institutions are facing a growing challenge: flood risk is rising, but it remains poorly measured, unevenly distributed, and difficult to act on. Traditional tools rely on static maps and historical assumptions, which no longer reflect how water behaves in today’s climate. NOAH addresses this gap through HydroSim™, its core physics-based simulation engine that models how water moves through urban environments during extreme storms. By combining infrastructure data and property-level analysis, HydroSim translates complex flood behaviour into real-world risk. Built on this foundation, NOAH’s platform includes two integrated products: CityTwin™ uses HydroSim to model flood behaviour across urban infrastructure systems, identifying constraints such as undersized pipes or culverts and helping municipalities prioritize targeted, high-impact investments. ClimateGuard™ brings those insights to the property level, providing building-specific risk assessments, practical mitigation recommendations, and measurable resilience outcomes for property owners, insurers, and lenders. Together, they create a connected view of flood risk—from infrastructure to individual properties—enabling more precise decision-making, better capital allocation, and coordinated climate adaptation. NOAH’s goal is to shift the market from reacting to flood events to proactively managing risk, at the scale and precision required by a changing climate.
