Otacta is building self-calibrating decision systems for businesses. Our first product, Sofia, is an AI operator powered by our Live Decision Model (LDM). Sofia works against defined business objectives, continuously making decisions, measuring what happened, and recalibrating how the next decision gets made. Unlike AI systems that primarily reason, execute, or retain context, LDM is designed to turn real-world outcomes into an evolving decision methodology. This allows Sofia to operate persistent decision loops across areas such as pricing, inventory, forecasting, planning and advertising while remaining accountable to measurable financial outcomes. We started in consumer products, where complex distribution, thin margins and fast-moving operating conditions make decision latency expensive. Across live deployments, Sofia has already demonstrated measurable improvements in profitability, forecasting accuracy and operating efficiency, with customers expanding her mandate into additional parts of their businesses. Our long-term vision is larger than any single function or industry: a persistent decision layer that can work across systems and agents, continuously improving how businesses operate from the outcomes they produce.
