Condos and multi-tenant buildings account for at least 39% of carbon emissions each year and much of this pollution is preventable. At Parity we install a brain in a building to adapt its energy use to the demands of its residents. This has the potential to save thousands of tonnes of CO2 from entering our atmosphere each year.
