RxChange is modernizing how prescriptions and pharmacy inventory move across Canada. Our PHIPA-compliant transfer network replaces the fax-based workflows pharmacies still rely on to move prescriptions between stores, with secure, verified, real-time transfers. Alongside it, our marketplace lets pharmacies list short-dated stock at wholesale prices, so inventory that would otherwise expire on a shelf reaches a pharmacy that can dispense it. Our second product, RxChange Intelligence, turns the network's real-time signals (transfers, shortages, and product availability) into category-exclusive market intelligence for pharmaceutical manufacturers, governed by a two-tier consent model that keeps clinical and commercial surfaces strictly separated. Founded in 2026 and based in Ontario, RxChange is live in shadow mode with a 55+ pharmacy waitlist and active discussions with pharmacy groups representing hundreds of additional stores.
