Spero Analytics is an IoT startup which builds and deploys rugged, automated environmental surveillance networks for applications in remote areas with limited infrastructure. Our networks can scale up to 100 sensory nodes for a single gateway, require minimal maintenance, are extremely power efficient, and do not require cellular coverage. Our technology is market-ready and we are currently validating our network's product-market fit for monitoring methane emissions in landfills, which will soon be required by Environment Canada to undertake more environmental monitoring. To-date, we have raised $210,000, secured 2 design partners, made two sales to Environment Canada, and intend to begin expanding to the mining and Oil and Gas sectors. Our mission is to become the industry standard for environmental monitoring in remote areas with limited telecommunications infrastructure.
