VascuBio engineers predictive human brain models to improve how neurological drugs are discovered and evaluated. Our technology combines human cells, vascularized tissue models, microfluidics, 3D fabrication, perfusion, and integrated sensing to recreate key features of the human neurovascular environment in the laboratory. These models are designed to capture interactions between brain tissue, blood vessels, and therapeutic compounds that are often missed by conventional cell cultures and animal studies. VascuBio is developing scalable neurovascular organ-on-chip and bioreactor platforms for applications in neurological disease research, drug delivery, toxicity assessment, biomarker discovery, and therapeutic response testing. Our systems enable researchers to study human biology under controlled, reproducible conditions while continuously monitoring tissue function and treatment effects. We work with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology teams, contract research organizations, and academic researchers seeking more human-relevant and predictive preclinical data. Our goal is to help reduce late-stage drug failures and accelerate the development of safer, more effective treatments for neurological diseases.
